Alcove & Nib offers multiple payment methods on our website including Apple Pay, G Pay and card payments.

How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

Orders cannot be changed once placed and prepared for despatch, but you can contact us to request a cancellation and refund if the order has not yet been despatched. Then reorder with the correct products.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently we deliver only within the United Kingdom.

Orders typically arrive within 48 hours of despatch. You will receive a tracking number upon despatch to pinpoint the delivery date.
