At Alcove and Nib, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your premium stationery orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options
We ship all orders via Royal Mail with delivery typically within 48 hours of dispatch.
Standard Delivery
- UK delivery is charged at a single flat rate, so there are no surprises based on weight or distance. Orders under our set threshold are charged a flat fee, and orders that reach the threshold qualify for free delivery. The exact rate and threshold are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

- Delivery within 48 hours of dispatch
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight.

- If you are not available to receive your package, the courier will leave a card with collection instructions
