At Alcove and Nib, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your premium stationery orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options
We ship all orders via Royal Mail with delivery typically within 48 hours of dispatch.

- Cost is dependent on the total weight of the order and the delivery address which is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight.

Delivery Notes
- Signature may be required for delivery
- If you are not available to receive your package, the courier will leave a card with collection instructions
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
