At Alcove and Nib, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium stationery purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help make things right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. We believe this gives you ample time to evaluate your purchase and ensure it meets your needs.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received them
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Important: Items sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items reach us safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for your protection, as we cannot be responsible for items that become lost during return shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned items
  • Exchanges are gladly accommodated for items of equal or lesser value
  • You will receive full refund of the item cost; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
